13 DAYS JOURNEY THROUGH UGANDA\u2019S WILD HEART<\/b><\/p>\n

Itinerary:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Day1: Arrival and transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary<\/b><\/p>\n

According to the arrival times, you will be transferred on Road to the Ziwa rhino sanctuary which is about 3 hours drive<\/p>\n

You will track rhinos on foot and also have a brief nature walk or bird watching<\/p>\n

You later be transferred to Murchison falls national park approximately 3 hours drive<\/p>\n

Check in at the hotel and go for an evening game drive to look for elephants, lions and buffaloes<\/p>\n

A stop at top falls for breathtaking news will be made<\/p>\n

Over night at Entikko\/Pakuba safari lodge \/Paraa safari lodge\/sambiya river lodge<\/p>\n

Day 2: Game drive and Nile boat safari<\/b><\/p>\n

You \u2018ll have an early morning game drive in the northern sector. Later return to the lodge to rest.<\/p>\n

You will take a boat cruise to the bottom of Murchison falls spotting hippos, crocodiles and birdlife.<\/p>\n

Later return to the lodge for an over night<\/p>\n

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale national park<\/b><\/p>\n

Drive to kibale national park approximately 7-8 hours<\/p>\n

A stop over lunch in Fort portal will be made<\/p>\n

You will visit Bigodi wetland sanctuary for primates and birds,<\/p>\n

Over night at Chimpundu lodge\/Primate lodge \/Turaco tree tops<\/p>\n

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale national park<\/b><\/p>\n

Have breakfast and go tracking chimpanzee\u2019s in kibale forest<\/p>\n

Return to the lodge and later go for nature walk<\/p>\n

Over night at the same lodge<\/p>\n

Day 5: Transfer to queen Elizabeth\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

You will be transferred to queen Elizabeth national park for approximately 3 hours<\/p>\n

You will take an evening game drive in Kasenyi sector<\/p>\n

Over night at Mweya safari lodge \/Elephant plains lodge<\/p>\n

Day 6: Game drive and Kazinga channel boat cruise.<\/b><\/p>\n

Have a morning game drive in Ishasha sector to look for tree climbing lions<\/p>\n

In the afternoon you will have a boat cruise on kazinga channel, spotting hippos, crocodiles and birds<\/p>\n

Over night at the same hotel<\/p>\n

Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park<\/b><\/p>\n

Scenic drive from queen Elizabeth to Bwindi approximately (4-5hours) pass through Ishasha sector for tree climbing lions<\/p>\n

Check in at lodge and relax<\/p>\n

You can either visit to the Batwa community or community walk(optional)<\/p>\n

Over night at Ichumbi gorilla lodge\/Buhoma lodge or Mahogany springs<\/p>\n

Day 8: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi and transfer to Mgahinga<\/b><\/p>\n

Have early morning breakfast and you will be transferred to the Bwindi headquarters for briefing<\/p>\n

Embark on your gorilla trekking experience which will take 1-6 hours depending on the location of the gorillas<\/p>\n

You will have 1 hour for experience within the mountain gorillas<\/p>\n

In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Mgahinga national park (about 2-3 hours drive)<\/p>\n

Over night at Mount Gahinga\/lake Mulehe safari lodge<\/p>\n

Day 9: Golden monkey trekking in Mgahinga and transfer to lake Bunyonyi<\/b><\/p>\n

Have morning breakfast and go tracking golden monkeys in Mgahinga<\/p>\n

You will then be transferred to lake Bunyonyi approximately a 2-hour drive<\/p>\n

Relax with a boat ride or swimming<\/p>\n

Over night at Hawks eye\/birdnest@bunyonyi Resort\/Arcadia lodge<\/p>\n

Day 10: Transfer to lake Mburo National Park<\/b><\/p>\n

Drive to lake Mburo national park about 5-6 hours<\/p>\n

check in and lunch at the lodge<\/p>\n

In the afternoon you will go for a boat cruise on lake Mburo<\/p>\n

Optional horse back safari or nature walk and over night at Mihingo lodge<\/p>\n

Day 11: Safari walks and return to Entebbe \/Kampala<\/b><\/p>\n

Game drive or walking safaris to see zebras, impalas and elands<\/p>\n

You will be driven back to Entebbe for about 4-5hours<\/p>\n

Over night to Protea hotel Entebbe (optional depending on the flight schedule) or Serena Kampala<\/p>\n

Day 12: Leisure Day<\/b><\/p>\n

Souvenir and art facts shopping along Kampala Buganda Road. Brief city tour and<\/p>\n

Day 13: Departure<\/b><\/p>\n

transfers to Entebbe airport<\/p>\n
